About Mrs. Bunny

Since my last shoe post, I’ve spent a good long while looking for an alternative for my tootsies come wedding day.

My retro friend JDubs directed me to ModCloth, where I found these two options:

Vintage-inspired satin heels, $26.25

Adorable, but at this point, I’d rather not mess around with blue. It’s just too much of a hassle trying to match my bridesmaids’ dresses.

Secret garden peep toes for $49.99

Now these are a definite contender. But are they dressy enough?

Inspired by Miss Beagle’s shoe post, I headed over to ShopStyle for a little help.

Ah-maze-ing. It’s basically a style search engine, and it’s so easy to peruse! I just clicked shoes, flats and then sorted by color.

Their handy search engine led me to Urban Outfitters, where I found these:

Fairy Tales are True Pleat Skimmer, $28.00

Excellent! These are just what I was looking for!

I also discovered these:

Leather Filigree Skimmer, $39.99

Also cute. UO has a fab return policy (yay for free return shipping!), so I purchased both pairs.

The Fairy Tales Are True Skimmers were definitely the winners. I’ll be sporting them on my wedding day!

How many pairs of shoes did you buy before you found the one?

So pretty! The front — and really, the whole style of the shoe — reminds me of ballet slippers. :-)

Those are adorable. I’m sad you gave up on the blues — but I completley understand :)
