I just wanted to take a moment of my time to share this cuteness with everyone.

These shoes are handmade by a crazy-talented crafter based out of Chicago, whose company goes by the name of Mohop. Check out their website. Mohop uses reclaimed wood to make the shoes, so they’re easy on the environment.
They come in both heels and wedges, each in three different heights (the wedges are pictured above). You can also get them in three different colors of wood. Each pair comes with a set of five ribbons and instructions on all the different ways to tie them.
I have also been assured (by someone who owns two pairs) that they are comfortable enough to wear all day—even the high heels! The best part is that Mohop recently cut their prices in half! They’ve even got an Etsy shop, where you can find some of their earlier models at discounts.
I just bought a pair that I plan on wearing to several wedding-related events, such as showers, a bachelorette luncheon, and brunch with my mom and FMIL. I”ll just tie ’em up with a different pair of ribbons, and voila! Endless possibilities.
What are some great eco-friendly finds you’ve made on the internet?
