Last weekend was a big weekend for this bee. To get the weekend started off right, I went straight to the hair salon. Yep, that’s right, I finally got a post wedding chop.
Here I am on Thursday at work (don’t I look all serious and business-y in my glasses? Ha ha, what a lie):

Before I chopped it off I told Mr. Peep that I would probably never have long hair again… and he said, “Go for it!” He loves the new ‘do so much that he couldn’t stop talking about it all weekend. Aww shucks—I knew there was a reason I married him!!!
Anyone else growing your hair out for the last time? Or are will you have long hair for life?

I love short hair, it always looks so much healthier and less tangley on me. I have 10 months to the wedding then I’m chopping it off, too!
I’m a long hair for life kinda girl. I’ve always had long hair and always will. I think longer hair looks better on me.
It looks fab! I’ll probably continue to do short-ish (jawbone length) hair, and then let it get just past my shoulders…even though I think I like it best when it’s just dancing on my shoulders. 
Cute! I love short ‘dos, but I’m a commited long-hair for life kind of girl.
Looks great! I may keep my long hair or I may chop it all off. I haven’t decided yet.

I was tempted to do the chop, even drove halfway to the salon and then turned back. I’ve had my hair short before so I love the feel of it, but I also love my hair long and its the longest its been ever! (about an inch past my bra, down my back) I love looking at how long it is but need to do something about it looking blah .. still deciding haha!!
Oh I love the short do! I love how my hair looks in a pony or in a half-up half-down look, but only when it’s done in either of those ways when it’s just below my shoulders. If I could, I would do shorter for the wedding but I doubt it’ll work.
I will probably never get to cut my hair that short (Mr like long curls), but I will cut the majority of what I have now - it’s WAY TOO long! I like the short do!
i have ALWAYS been a short hair girl…until, in the past 3 years, i’ve grown it out for 2 other people’s weddings, and then chopped it off…and now it’s long for my wedding…and i’m worried i’m too attached to chop it off in october!

I had short hair before getting engaged and grew out my hair for the wedding. I thought FOR SURE I would do the post wedding chop but then I feel in love with my shoulder length hair-now I’m keeping it for awhile.
oh I love it! some people can’t pull of short hair (I think I am one of them) but you look gooooood!
you look great! i did a PWC, i kept the length but now i have straight bangs and i loooove them!
Your new haircut is adorable! I am so happy that I decided to grow out my hair for the wedding. If I can keep this length through a 105-degree Austin summer, I might just be long-haired for life!

My fiance has been saying for a long time that I should try shorter hair…something different. 
I am not one for change, AND I have curly hair, so short kind of scares me a little……but after reading all these PWC stories, it is making me rethink this. Maybe…..next year….after the wedding…….(july 17, 2010)…..there will be a new me. I actually found a picture of Rachel McAdams in Marie Claire magazine that could be my inspiration!!

I hate my long hair right now. I’ve been growing it out since October 08 and I can’t wait to chop it all off. I have really thick hair so it’s super heavy right now. I keep on thinning it out, but it never seems to help.

Happy PWC! I can’t wait to get mine done, but my hairstylist has been away for most of the summer! Pretty soon though, this hair is driving me crazy!
i love the look! i’m going to be a long hair one for life. i just love it. as long as i can pull it back into a pony tail when i have kids then i’ll be good to go.
It looks great! I chopped mine after the wedding, too, but the hubby isn’t too big on it so I haven’t decided if I’m going to keep it short for a while or grow it out for a bit.
I love it! You pull off short hair fabulously! And the bangs! Which is hard for almost anyone to do.
I love it! It looks so great on you. I had short hair most of my childhood and throughout high school, but grew it out in college. I think I look better with long hair, and probably won’t go shorter than my shoulders for a long time.

love it! I am TRYING to grow mine out for a nice updo but my hair just doesn’t grow. I usually have a nice bob and I am hating having it longer than shoulder length haha
I am even taking hair vitamins from GNC but not much luck
Peeps it’s so cute. I still haven’t chopped almost 6 months later and my long hair is great when it cooperates and I have actual time to invest, but these two elements have been scarce lately. Dancer Randi from So You Think You Can Dance taunts me weekly with her adorable Shirley Templey curly mop.
