Sorry to keep bragging about how stress-free, laid back, cool, calm, and collected I was at the wedding. 
Trust me, EVERYONE can accomplish this with a few easy steps - a hot cup of coffee, a hammock, a walk on the beach, a splash in the water, a sandcastle, and some yoga. Do this every day for 5 days, and I guarantee* that you will feel relaxed as well. The Jamaican mornings were some of my favorite times of the wedding weekend. Luckily, amazing Ashley was there to capture these unforgettable moments - she was everywhere!

Especially those who may or may not be Buckeyes, but are willing to “O-H-I-O” with you early in the morning to take advantage of the sun!

Most of my mornings were spent on a beach chair with coffee in one hand, and a book in the other. At 9 AM sharp every morning, it was time for yoga! We were lucky to have with us Mr. Q’s cousin, Glennie, who is a yoga instructor as well as a videographer (can’t wait to show you the results of that!). She lead us in yoga each morning, on a deck overlooking the sea. There is nothing more peaceful than this.
Properly stretched & perfectly relaxed, we then sauntered off to grab breakfast…
Copy & repeat for 5 days for ultimate relaxation.
How did you stay relaxed leading up to your wedding?
*There are no guarantees in life… but I fully believe in the power of “turning off”.

Wow! I would NEVER have the guts to post pics of me doing yoga in my bathing suit, unless my body was as ROCKIN’ as yours! Props, Mrs. Quiche!

Oh man. Destination weddings are totally the way to go if you want to be relaxed. We went to our friends’ wedding in Anguilla last year, and it was a blast for the guests as well as for the bride and groom. Every day of the wedding week we hit up a different beach. I wish we had a private yoga instructor though

is that glennie that teaches (or taught) yoga in nyc? i used to go to her class every sunday at the crunch on houston and broadway at 11am. she’s awesome! i no longer live in the area, and this makes me miss her!

There’s actually a small yoga retreat group that will be sharing the campgrounds at westwind the same weekend as us… I wonder if they’d mind me joining them?

I only want to go to Jamaica if I’m going to look as good in a bikini as Mrs. Quiche. Which I’m not. So I’d like to go to Cambria instead. 
That reminds me–I could really use some yoga right about now.
