Okay, I couldn’t help it, so I did 4 hours of research (oh my, I need to stay away from the computer!) about eco-friendly stuff. One of my favorite ideas are these blossoms that can be turn into so many different things. They are made form the bottoms of plastic soda bottles! I already have a big and cool idea of what I’ll do with this, but I’m not revealing it until I can show it off a little better. So just keep those bottoms in mind!

I really love all the different things you can do or buy that are made from recycled materials.

I love that first picture!
There’s an amazing art gallery in Stone Harbor, NJ that has all sorts of pieces made from flattened liquor, beer and wine bottles, like your last picture. 
I love all of those things! They’re so cool! I can’t say we’re being very green, unfortunately, although I guess our centerpieces are pretty environmentally-friendly! Haven’t talked about them yet, though…

Wow, the blossoms! Do you think they just stamp it out like we would on paper … except tougher since it’s plastic?

Those 1st and 2nd pictures are so cool! Way to go on the green wedding. That first picture is so cool! I am getting vases for centerpeices at goodwill so I guess that is kinda recycled stuff…ha 
I’ve seen that first DIY project before, great idea. I LOVE the second idea with the plastic bags. If I were having a Spring wedding, I would so use that idea!
I can’t wait to see what you do w/ those plastic bottle flowers!
P.S. My mom got Mr Frenchie one of those Wine Bottle Cheese plates for Christmas a few years ago and we LOVE it!
i love the soda bottle bottom stringy things. man, that’s just so smarty.
The soda bottle bottoms are really cool . . . just think if you add some lights, maybe white lights with green or white cord . . . or some other color. I am so going to try this!
Since I am in the very beginning stages of planning the only thing I know is that I want it to be eco-friendly! I plan on making my own centerpieces out of stuff I find at flea markets and antique stores - I will let you know what I find!!

The plastic bottle flowers are so great! Its so funny how sometimes you don’t see the beauty in the everyday things in front of you, and those are such a great way to recycle AND have something beautiful!

those wine plates are soooo cool! they could really add a romantic & kind of bohemian touch to table decorations.
Who would have thought how pretty the bottoms of a plastic bottle would be!
