Sunday, July 27th, 2008. That’s the day that Mr. M got down on one knee in the middle of the Chicago Botanic Gardens and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. It was an incredibly special moment, and I was the happiest girl in the world.

Then he gave me this…

… and so it began!

I can’t believe we’ve been engaged for a year, planning this wedding for a year, and anxiously waiting to become husband and wife for a year. The wedding cannot come soon enough!

Our one year engagement is about 1 year from our wedding, we met in Oct. got engage in Oct. and will marry in Oct. So it’s a big month for us.

We have a two year engagement so we may do some type of engageversary/year to go celebration.
