We picked up the Dude’s pants from the alterations place, and now his wedding day wardrobe is complete! The pants fit perfectly–worth every penny of the $75 alteration job. I wouldn’t have trusted those pants to just anyone, because the suit has serious sentimental value.
As a reminder, here’s what the pants looked like before.
And here’s how they look now.
The shoes look pretty damn good with the suit, right? I love this look so much that I’m secretly hoping the Dude will take the jacket off before we take all the portraits! I love the suit pants + vest + white-shirt-with-rolled-up-sleeves look.

I love the suit and shoes combo, esp for the sentimental value the suit brings! Love love love the grey - makes me want to go back and nix the tux!
Ooh, I loved shopping for his suit. His is a 3-piece gray as well, and I hope the jacket is off for at least some of the portraits.
His hair is awesome! Love the suit - trying to talk the FI into something like this. He’s waaaaaay traditional though.

He looks fab! I wish Mr.D was wearing a waistcoat….he was supposed to. But hasn’t taken any steps to actually finding one…sigh.
