Today a very unassuming box came my way. When I saw the return label I tore into it to find a second unassuming box!! *rip rip*
After much anticipation…
Hellooooo Beautiful! My custom hair flower by Myra from Twigs & Honey has arrived! I love the bits of lace she added to complement my dress. I cannot wait to have a hair trial with this baby.
As you can see I have no idea how to wear it! It’s a little stiff, which I should have expected since it’s not a real flower, so I’ll need to make sure my hair’s not slicked back, less I want it to hover.
What do you think? Do you have any favorite hairstyles to go with the ever popular hair flower that I should consider or that you’ll be donning for your big day?

It’s the perfect size! Is your hair going to be up or down? If up, I say put it towards the back but if you are going to do it down, it’s almost perfect where you have it!

i have no suggestions but i think the flower is lovely. i’ve been going back and forth on making my own…i’ve made a few but nothing as elaborate and wonderful as the pros.

Very pretty! It looks nice where you have it. If it were me, I would where my hair pulled back a little lower, with the flower at the side toward the back (this makes complete sense in my head, but probably not on the page…)

It’s so pretty. I love side ponytails with a little volume and flowers on the side/near the elastic.
how are you doing your hair? maybe lower the flower so its behind your hair, or maybe put it at the base of the ponytail? either way, its a gorgeous flower! i love etsy!
