But I really want them.

A lollipop flower in a cupcake. Genius, right?

These Do Not Go With Our Wedding At All : wedding food Lollipo lollipo

From Martha, of course

We’re having a shower this weekend. And while I would have dropped shameless pointed hints to my mom and to bridesmaid R that I would really love to have these cupcakes, it seems there’s already a different, super-cute cupcake decorating idea in the works. Who can argue with that?

Maybe I’ll just have to break down and make these myself…

Have you come across ideas you love but can’t figure out how to incorporate into your wedding? Please share!

I feel your pain! That was the reason I started blogging. I wanted to be able to share my ideas even if I wasn’t going to get to use them!

Haha, I have too many to list here! I’ll just need to throw lots of parties after the wedding so I can use all the fun details I’ve seen throughout our planning :-)

I’m drooling at the massive amount of sprinkles on those cupcakes! They are too cute!

I would LOVE to have a photobooth at our wedding… but I don’t think enough people will do it, and it doesn’t fit with our wedding too well. Ah, well.

Wow, those are adorable! I definitely found lots of cute ideas during my planning process that I am saving to try to incorporate for future showers and parties that I’ll throw.

Story of my wedding life! We had a major theme change from sleek and chic to romantic garden because I was too in love with so many whimsical garden-ish details.

I’d love to do a cookie buffet for our wedding, but it’s just too much with an out of town wedding. So we decided to include hoemmade sugar cookies in the oot bags instead. They last longer than other cookies so we can make them in advance and not go bad.

adorable! I come across great ideas I can’t use all of the time. My wedding would be WAAAY to busy if I didn’t stick to my ‘theme’

But I can certainly send this one to my super sweet little furture SIL’s. They make the cutest cupcakes with the best designs and would love to help out in this way for the shower I am sure. Being in college does not lend them to helping out the BP members financially lol

Those are so cute!! I feel like I’m coming across awesome ideas all the time. I wish I could use every single one, but then we would have a whole mess of things going on =]

What about dessert for the kiddos (if you’re having them) at your wedding? They are adorable!

Now those are adorable! Never seen a cupcake like it! Must add to list of things to do–probably won’t go with our wedding either though.

@TravelBug, @LittleBear, @Curlysue, and @Mrs. Penguin: Maybe we should have a virtual cupcake-making party? :)

@BeachBrideT: We are having kids at our wedding, and I really like this idea! The only problem is that we already have a kid-friendly dessert planned. Think I can sneak in another one? ;)
