When we last left off, Mr. Powder Puff and I had just gotten ourselves hitched, and we were basking in the newlywed glow. Which is fabulous. But in order to understand the proper placement in time of these photos, you need to take a little trip back with me to before the newlywed glow, and to more of an, “OMG! We’re about to get married!!!” panic.
What’s the best way to relax a panicking bride and groom? Take photos with your besties, of course!

Walking toward the camera and fake laughing is super awkward, but turns out awesome on film.
Especially when the tall man to the left of the bride in the photo makes her CRACK UP by quoting Anchorman.
Getting married is serious business. Seriously awesome!!!
If you notice, one groomsman took the “act crazy” command and ran with it.

Awesome photos! I love the contrast of your dress and the bridesmaid dresses. You look beautiful, as always.
And all shootin’ some b-ball outside of school, when a couple of guys, they were up to no good, starting making trouble in my neighborhood.

@ChiDIY: They’re actually tuxes. We rented them from Mens Warehouse. I just chose not to have them wear the vest.

Love the mismatched dresses. Adds so much fun and color to the dresses.
@nicrob007: Our photographer chose the poses, but I made some suggestions. I had sent her photos that I loved in the weeks before the wedding, and she created a folder so she could try and duplicate them, but for the most part these were her ideas.
