Confessions of a Flickr Stalker

So here’s how I remember it.

One day I was minding my own business; the next day complete obsession had set in.

I had become a bona-fide Flickr stalker.

It all started when we had our engagement shoot with our super talented photographer Erica Berger. A day or so later, I saw on Facebook that Erica had posted some of our pictures on her Flickr stream. I scrambled on over there as fast as I could. (Luckily, all I had to do was click a link.)

And here’s what I found:

Pretty great, right?

The problem is that right after posting these, Erica flew off to Mexico to shoot a wedding. Such a terrible thing to happen to a girl with a Flickr obsession…

But don’t worry. I got over it. (Okay, okay, it’s really just that she came back eventually. Thank goodness!)

Your pictures are great! When we had our engagement poictures taken I was so anxious to ssee them! Everyday I would wake up and say “TOOOOO LONG”!!! It was actually only 3 days before I got to see the proofs! Lol.

Very pretty pics. I won’t because our free engagement session is studio only, and I always look like garbage in posed shots. I’m only doing it because they’re included in our package, and for as much money as we are spending I am squeezing every penny worth out of them.

Love your pics! And yes, my FI was the one who figured out that from our photogs website you could get to her flickr stream, and we stalked her there for a week before she officially let us know the pics were done.

Your pictures are beautiful, you two are such a cute couple! I too stalked my photographer’s blog while waiting for my engagement photos. I even got my fiance involved in the stalking. In fact, he woke me up at the 3am a few days post-photoshoot to tell me the pics were on the blog. Turns out, he got up in the middle of the night and checked he was so excited!

A past bride

Just a word of advise re: Erica. We used her for our wedding last year and had a pretty terrible overall experience with her.
Be sure to give her a list of shots you want for you wedding day or you won’t be satisfied.
Check out her reviews on Yelp, there are quite a few brides who were unhappy with her professionalism.
Her shots are amazing, but YOU should be the only “diva” on your wedding day, not your photographer.

Just a word of advice. If you are happy with her, great, but I think you should be warned.

Our photographer posted some teasers of our e-pic session about 4 hours after we got done taking them! She’s awesome! Then we were able to see the rest through an online album the next day. I love instant gratification!!

We didn’t do engagement photos (except for a sitting at our photographer’s studio). I love yours! Stunning, especially the last one-and you do NOT look 31!
