We ordered my wedding ring today, but I won’t be wearing it until after the November wedding. But, I’ll be getting it in about a month. I know it will be so hard to not wear it until November, but the seller, suelane, was kind enough to let us know that prices would be going up soon (we had convo-ed her about it already), so we bought it a bit early. I want it now.
Did you order a custom piece for any of your rings? How long did it take for the ring to get to you from the time you ordered it?
I love how unique your ring is! I think we’re going to order a custom ring for FI, but we haven’t started that process yet.
I love this ring! Is one your engagement ring and the other your wedding band?
Very unique ring! We are special ordering my FI’s ring from an Etsy seller, whom we actually contacted this week. He’s very excited about it (which is nice, considering he wasn’t thrilled with wearing a ring 6 months ago).
@tallulah: They are permanently hooked together, but we liked the two bands because I didn’t get an engagement ring. We already had some rings made for eachother when we moved in and when I saw this ring, I decided I didn’t really want an engagement ring anymore.

That’s a really cool ring! We didn’t do custom rings–I was shocked that we got my husband’s ring within 3 days of ordering it!
Before I asked my now-wife for her hand, I was randomly browsing the phone book and found a jeweller who worked from his garage. He and I designed my fiancee’s engagement and wedding rings. They look great, and it was an amazing experience.
That is a beautiful ring. I never would have thought to have a gold color and silver color together, but this pulls it off so nicely!
