In an attempt to get ahead on some wedding tasks, I decided to take advantage of a weekend off of work and get started on our programs. The cathedral we are getting married in has been pretty relaxed on most things, but the program is another story. It’s pretty non-negotiable; we were given a template of information that had to be included. A four page booklet, to be exact. I had already decided the design I wanted to go with, but had really been dreading sitting down to type it all up.
But, being a good little bride, I went ahead and started knocking it out. I stopped with about a page and a half to go, and mistakenly left the template we were given on the coffee table. The coffee table that our fur baby can easily reach. Who knew church paper tasted so good.

She’s not normally this destructive, I swear. She normally just plays hide and seek with things, but no… not this time!

She looks pretty innocent with that bed head face of hers… she would get in a lot more trouble if she wasn’t so darn cute!

All that’s left. Notice how ALL of the info I need from the last page is completely gone!
I wrote a very embarrassing email explaining the situation and why I only needed the last half to the cathedral coordinator. He was very helpful and understanding, and I hope he only laughed a little bit.
This is what I get when I try to tackle a big project. Did anyone else run into an unusual setback while trying to tackle some DIY??
