Yay Lake Street Catering! The food was… well, all I can say is NOM NOM NOM! I know I’ve been singing their praises a lot, but seriously, I can’t think of two nicer people than Neil and Lynn. The night was perfect and really, that was all because of them.
OK, now that the thanking and praising is over, let’s eat!
Everybody get in line! Food’s on!

@Mrs. Bruschetta: I wish I had it. I was a little scared the first time I had it but I’ve since been converted. That stuff was SOO good.
Oh. My. Gosh. I think that is the most amazing wedding food I think I have ever seen! Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms? Count me in!
@Mrs. Bruschetta: Alabama white is made with mayo instead of a tomato base. You can find recipes on the web- maybe you’ve already checked.
