Our delicious meal was followed by one of our favorite desserts—ice cream. We didn’t serve your run-of-the-mill grocery store ice cream; it was one of our favorites from a local ice cream shop, Molly Moon. It is oh so good. They have amazing flavors. I love the honey lavender, but we went with our favorites: Salted Caramel, Vivace Coffee, and Strawberry Balsamic. We love salty sweet desserts. We love popcorn with semi-sweet chocolate on movie night, and our favorite candy is a caramel surrounded in dark chocolate and topped with smoked grey sea salt from Fran’s Chocolates. Are you noticing a trend?

Oh YUMMY!
We were thinking about having our favorite ice cream place in Atlanta (Jake’s!!!) do some sort of ice cream bar for our reception, but I’m not sure if they’d be able to pull off an hour drive to do that.
yum! we’re going to have chili & burgers for ours-it was a special that the FI’s family restaurant had when they were open. We don’t get to eat it much since they’ve closed.
Yum! Our RD was Italian food — which is definitely my fave

Yum-o! We had our rehearsal at a local brewery because brewing is such a passion of ours So the whole meal was based around our favorite food - BEER!

oh, the ice cream sounds delish! molly moon’s didn’t make the cut of places to visit during my last trip to seattle but i’m hoping to check it out next time. i’ve heard so much about the salted caramel!

When I finally found my wedding dress, the whole family went out to celebrate with Molly Moon’s. Honey lavender with rose compote… *swoon* (Yep, getting married in Boston, but I’m a Seattle native!)
