What did you think your future spouse would look like, and what does he/she actually look like?

Ms. Swan - HA! I thought I wanted: TALL :), well-built, dark hair, a medium to dark skin complexion, and dark eyes a la Boris Kodjoe.

Instead, Mr. Swan is kinda short, has blonde hair, and hazel eyes (he’s well built, though).

Mrs. Bruschetta - Oh, I definitely thought I’d find a dark-haired, dark-eyed guy — but Mr. Bruschetta’s got blond(ish) hair and blue eyes!

Miss Lamb - My Ideal: Tall, dark, handsome, but with blue eyes so that we could help perpetuate our lovely (but recessive gened) eyes.

My Man: Average height, medium skin, HANDSOME!, and dark eyes (There’s still a chance for a blue eyed babe though, his grandma has a pair of blue sparklers!)

Mrs. Joey - I’m in the same boat as Bru, I thought I’d get a dark haired and eyed guy, and ended up with a blue eyed, blond haired one instead.

Mrs. French Bulldog - My Ideal: broad, cute football player type… absolutely no question as to who weighs more. My Mr: tall, thin and HANDSOME.

Mrs. Gloss - My “Ideal”: blond hair, blue eyes, tall, the kind of person that always seems a little tan. (This may have stemmed from watching numerous episodes of Saved By The Bell when I was younger, because didn’t you want the ‘perfect’ Zach and Kelly relationship?)

What I Got: a short Irish boy with dark hair and brown eyes whose skin is either white, white with lots of freckles, or burned.

Mrs. Bunny - I always had a thing for dark-haired guys and ended up with a blondie, too!

One thing consistent in my ideal type is the face shape — I prefer rounded or square to thin or oval. Mr. Bunny has a very round face. I can’t help but pinch his cheeks on occasion (don’t tell him I told you!)!

Miss Frozen Yogurt - I always thought I would marry someone tall, fit, with dark hair, and blue eyes. Well, lucky for me that’s exactly what I got! He must be my type.

Mrs. Mouse - I have always been attracted to bad boys: long, floppy hair, skinny and pale, a bit grungy, and always with stubble. You know, the rocker type.

(Actually, I would take James Franco in pretty much any form.)

My guy isn’t quite so grungy, but he does have long hair and a beard! I’ll take it.

Mrs. Peep Toe - I use to go for the short guy, but thankfully Mr. Peep is a good 6 inches taller than me!! Which to me, is perfect. And it’s no surprise that I went for a brunette!

Miss Ramen - Ideal: Tall, muscular/athletic, crinkly eyes, strong back/arms/hands - just overall sexay.

Got: everything - except Mr. Ramen is more of the lean build. But everything else… goood.

Miss Star - I always had a serious thing for tall guys and then ended up with someone who is just about exactly my height. We think it’s really sweet, though, how well we “fit” each other — down to wearing the same shoe size! I never would have thought that I would fall in love with a shortie, but I wouldn’t change it for the world!

Miss Dachshund - My “ideal” guy would be tall, dark haired, light eyes, boyishly handsome, maybe a little nerdy. Think, Jake Gyllenhaal with glasses…

Mr. Dachshund has brown eyes, but I think everything else fits within my description of an “ideal” man! At 6′10″ he’s definitely taller than I imagined, but I love that about him. He’s good for changing lightbulbs and painting the tall parts of the walls that I can’t reach.

Mrs. Deviled Egg - I’ve always been attracted to guys who were taller than me, with broad shoulders and strong arms. Mr. DE fits that perfectly, and I also got amazing blue eyes and a killer smile!

Mrs. Mary Jane - I always was drawn to kind of grungy/hippie-looking guys. Especially with curly hair. Think “Hyde” [Danny Masterson] from That 70’s Show.

Mr. MJ has straight hair. He’s clean cut/shaven, has a modern attitude, and is definitely not ’stuck in the past’. (Sometimes I’m a little guilty of that!) There’s nothing ‘retro’ about him - and I think he’s perfect.

Mrs. Snow Pea - I seriously had plans on moving to the UK and just bumping into Prince William and having him fall in love with me. ASK MY MOH. She’ll tell you!!!

I think I made out better with MR. SP. He’s got good teeth and hair in his family.

Mrs. Cupcake - I was always a sucker for taller, slender guys with blue eyes.

Mr. Cupcake is shorter (although still taller than me), has an athletic build, and has hazel eyes. Not my usual “type” at all, but I think he’s a looker!!!

Miss Poodle - When I was a teenager I had a HUGE crush on Cristian de la Fuente, so I always thought I would marry someone like him: tall, brown hair, big brown eyes, tan skin, and great teeth.

Well, I feel like I got the “American” version, hehe. Mr. Poodle is taller than me, has blonde hair, blue eyes, is NOT tan, but does have great teeth. I am more than happy with my version.

Mrs. Potato Chips - I was just talking about this last week!

I always thought I’d end up with a dark-haired, argyle-sweater and Converse-sneaker-wearing, nerdy black eyeglass-sportin’, schoarly English type.

But Mr. Potato Head is a red-headed, athletic, all-American former Marine Corps personal trainer. And the idea of him wearing Converse sneakers makes us laugh.

Ms. Champagne - I’ve always been attracted to the tall, dark, and handsome type. Champ is just that—a dark haired Italian, and has an athletic build, with a kind of Hugo Boss-ish style.

Mrs. Cherry Pie - Bizarrely, I’ve never had a “type” outside of pursuing men with lean, athletic builds. I never really pictured my future spouse as a child or teenager, or really thought about being married. Even now, meeting people who are my type is rare, and Mr. CP is always surprised who fits the bill.

Mrs. Duckling - Since I was young I was always liked blond haired, blue eyed, tall, surfer types. In middle school I had a huge crush on Paul Walker. Thinking back, a lot of guys I dated fit this basic description. Maybe it was because I secretly wanted to be blond, which would never work with my Asian features. haha

Mr Ducky? Brown hair, brown eyes, just slightly taller than me when I wear heels, and a surfer.
