All of the girls have selected their dresses, and I am so, so pleased to report that this is what my bridal party will look like (!!!!):
Everyone was able to pick a dress that they will feel pretty and comfortable in, and (hopefully) didn’t break the bank while doing so. All of my bridesmaids are ridiculously gorgeous, and I know they’re going to look even more beautiful on the big day!
I want to write to those sales girls at Alfred Angelo to let them know that everything worked out in the end! All the dresses are the same length (cocktail, hitting at the knee), and there ended up being a nice variety of styles with just the right amount of overlap. 
With each finalized detail, it feels a little more real! We’re getting married!
Woo! Getting the bridesmaid dresses ordered was one of the biggest deals for me so far. 
Now if only they would ARRIVE!

I went to the Alfred Angelo in Monroeville, and they were also horrified by my “Buy something cocktail- or tea-length in purple” instructions that I’ve given my bridesmaids. “But, the shades won’t match!” Yes, I know. “But, what happens if they pick different materials?!” Then they’ll be wearing different materials. “But, you could have dresses of DIFFERENT LENGTHS!!1!!!” Yeah, that’s fine.

The dresses you picked are beautiful. I am in a wedding in May and our bride did the same thing. We are all wearing Alfred Angelo but all the same color but whatever style we like ( I believe one of us has one of the styles you picked). I went back to my first pick 2 months ago. I don’t recall ever wearing a strapless, so this may be the first. I am nervous and excited at the same time.

What a fun mix of dresses! I really like the center one–so classic.
I am actually getting impatient to order bridesmaid dresses, but I can’t! It’s just mean to order dresses a year and a half in advance and not expect bodies to change! But, I love yours, and you’re giving me the BM dress itch, again!
