Now that it’s frickin’ freezing out and I haven’t been on a vacation in 4 years, I thought I’d share with you a little eye candy. These pictures are truly what is making this winter bearable, ’cause in less than 4 months, we’ll be saying ‘I do’ here!!!
Ahhhhhhhh, just 4 more months. I CAN get through this winter.

oh my god, take me with you Nachos!! Your wedding is going to be gorgeous, thanks for the tropical interlude! Maybe now I can forget that it’s 20 degrees out and I don’t own gloves. I’m looking forward to sunset over the water after our ceremony… assuming the weather cooperates!
um, i’m actually feeling a little teary looking at these pictures and had to scroll through them quickly in order to avoid a breakdown. it is really, really cold outside right now (although i know it’s probably not as cold as chicago).
the Wyndham really is that pretty! We stayed there a few weeks ago for my 30th birthday. Make sure you pay up for the water view room — it’s SOOOO worth it. The views from there were even better than Magen’s Bay (reportedly top 10 most beautiful beach in the world).
@MissNachos: FI and I went to that exact resort after our engagement last year! Have you been there before?
gorgeous! we almost bought a timeshare there but decided to wait until after the wedding. I’m looking forward to ALL aspects of the wedding day I can’t pick one. But for sure looking forward to St Lucia for a week after!
*sigh* Pretzel fondly remembers the WSB and wishes she was there right now…
@Nachos- just a little tip- my fam decided the magic hour when it was acceptable to start sipping on those all inclusive adult beverages was 9:30AM- don’t know why but we figured that was the island equivalent to 5PM. 
That water looks sooo inviting. I realize I’m getting ahead of myself here, but I’m totally looking forward to your recaps!
As I sit here in my apartment, where the temperature outside feels like -2 degrees, I can confidently say that I would love to be there right now….that resort looks so spectacular!
nachos, you are vacation-deprived! we haven’t even been back from our honeymoon a month and i already want another vacation! hehe…
love the pics, it looks great there! though…the picture of the massage (??) on the beach with the tiki torches seems a tad creepy to me for some reason….looks like the magic trick where you saw the girl in 1/2!
Wedding Bee won’t let me sign in at work :(. I, like Pretzel, would like to be at the WSB, too! It is a lovely location!
Why 9:30? Its when the 5 year old cousin usually made it to the pool so we could send him for drinks for us

Those pictures are gorgeous! It’s been below freezing almost every day for the last month here. We get to meet with our travel agent about our honeymoon tomorrow, though! I’m so excited to look through tons more pictures like these!
I want to go NOW. ugh it looks soooooooo beautiful! I can’t wait for you guys - how exciting!
