Aloha, hive! Howzit?!

Looky here, that’s us on our wedding day in Hawaii. Has it really been five months?! Is it odd that I’m grinning from ear-to-ear writing this?

A decent amount has happened since then. We’ve finally settled into our cozy apartment near the beach. I quit my job as a consultant, and now work alongside Mr Piglet doing fashion wholesale.

We’re enjoying our newfound freedom from wedding planning, and spending lots of time outdoors playing tennis, or busting our butts climbing the Santa Monica stairs. And, I’m trying to learn how to cook without using my staple cream of mushroom ingredient. I’m talkin’ authentic Korean dishes. So far, they suck. Inedible, almost. But Mr Piglet has yet to complain. He says everything is delicious. How sweet is that?

Anyhow, back to Hawaii! The Piglet recaps are long overdue, for sure. Especially considering we had our pro-photos in hand one month after the wedding. It was only recently, thanks to our parents’ albums, that I finally culled it all down to the handful of photos that best capture our wedding (and my features). Heehee.

To kick it off, I’d like to share our epic slideshow that pretty much sums up all of our wedding festivities. Our photographers, Ben Chrisman and Erin Reed, did a phenomenal job capturing the raw emotion of every moment, not to mention Mr Piglet with his eyes open (in their words after our rehearsal dinner: we have a blinker).
