Proud Owner of a Shiny New Cricut

February 17th, 2010 @ 3:47 pm by Mrs. Argyle

After much thought, and even quite a bit of encouragement from Mr. Argyle (I’m beyond shocked), I actually broke down and bought a Cricut. You heard me correctly. And, it will arrive on my doorstep (okay, at my office) sometime next week. I’m extremely excited about all of the things I can do with this, but mostly looking forward to cutting out my envelope liners. (Side note – have you seen the new Cricut Cake?)

Have you bought any craft machines specifically for your wedding projects?

Can I come over and play? :p

I won a L Letterpress last night, so that’s sort of like this? Except not? :)

I want a cricut and a xyron like crazy.

I bought a Gocco, and I love it. I really want a Cricut, too, but I think I’ll have to let that one go. Can’t wait to see what you do with it!

So jealous!
I bought a gocco for our STDs & Invites, but just can’t bring myself to spend (another) huge chunk of change for something crafty right now. Hoping after the wedding Santa brings me one!

I bought so much stuff before we were engaged and said that I was going to make stuff and sell it on etsy (which I do…sort of) so that i wasn’t the crazy girl who bought wedding stuff when there was no wedding. A gocco, a xyron 5″, paper cutters, heat embosser, the miini xyron, etc., etc, etc.
