About Mrs. Argyle

Lots of Time

February 25th, 2010 @ 2:46 pm by Mrs. Argyle

I realize that I still have some time until I have any wedding showers, but I would love it if someone would buy one of these for me. I would greatly appreciate it.

Flirty Aprons

Lots of Time : wedding gift ideas 2 2

Flirty Aprons

I love to bake, so owning an apron is pretty much a “must have” for me (flour gets everywhere!). I already own a red apron I bought at Crate and Barrel back around Christmas-time that has buttons and ruffles. I love it, but it’s got that starchy cotton feel (stiff as a board) and I want something a bit softer. Plus, the Flirty Aprons are just fun and they come in some great patterns. And, for all of you moms out there, you can buy a matching one for your daughter. How cute is that?!

Was there anything you really wanted to receive as a shower gift?

I love the black and white one. Could someone buy me one too? Maybe it’ll compel me to cook more!

An apron is the ONE thing I told FI I absolutely, postively want for our kitchen. I told him if I don’t get an apron I might not be able to cook…now he’s on the perfect apron hunt with me!

So cute! We got an organic cotton one from C&B and while it’s nice enough for Mr. S (who only wears it when he’s washing dishes to keep from splashing himself with soapy water) I’d love a softer, less stiff one, too! And cute patterns and ruffles wouldn’t hurt. :)

So . . . I just added a “cherry” apron to my BB&B registry. You’re a bad influence, Miss Argyle!

Ok, so I do agree that aprons are a must have and those are super cute (as are Jessie Steele aprons - of which I happen to have…FOUR…gulp lol) but for those of you who have a bit of sewing ability, this is super cute - I just got the pattern in the mail

I love those :) I bought an adorable one kind of like those at Cost Plus World Market. It has little ruffles at the bottom. I feel like I’m wearing a cute dress.
