There is no floof quite like wedding day floof! But before we could get to the dresses, we had some other things to take care of… like taking photos of said floof! I just could not put my camera down once we got to our venue!

Since we got to the venue way early, we decided to take a peek at the reception room upstairs. We ended up setting up the guestbook and favor table, the gift table, and a few other odds and ends.

I never dreamed that I would be able to place so many of the things that I worked so hard on, so it was very exciting to help set up! Between all of us, it only took around five minutes. I am glad that we set up because we noticed our only snag of the day: our DIY photobooth backdrop was missing! At that point, I was so happy and excited that I wasn’t worried. I called a friend who made the guys aware of the situation, and hoped for the best. (They did find it in time—one of the Union employees mistakenly placed the bag in the kitchen!)

We headed back downstairs to the bridal suite, where we met our fabulous photographer, A Girl In Love.

Shortly after, our DOC arrived with our bouquets. Craziness ensued!

Seeing my bouquet for the first time gave me goose bumps!

It was also so fun to see my wonderful friends all dressed up. I was happy that they liked the necklaces that I gave them the night before!

Soon enough, I realized that I was the only one who wasn’t dressed… so I started working from the bottom up!

And I put my shoes on… I didn’t know how I would get into them after getting into the dress! Please tell me someone else got dressed backwards on their wedding day.
