More Dress Indecision!

Not with mine. I’m still having trouble nailing down the bridesmaids’ dresses!

After that last dress post, I kept looking at the satin fabric and realized that I really didn’t like the way it would look with the boots. Something about it just didn’t feel right… so I found another dress at DB, in cotton sateen. It comes in several colors, three of which I LOVE. (See? I can’t even decide on a color!)

Here are the colors, in the cotton sateen fabric swatch:

I love that it has a bit of shine but it’s not overpowering. And all 3 colors would go great with our color scheme! If I chose the pink, the bouquets could be ivory/white/pale yellow and the bouts could be pink OR pale yellow. And vice versa if I choose the yellow or champagne…

How cute is that?! I showed you the Candy Pink dress because you could see the ruching and details better. I LURVE this dress so much more than the trumpet style… And it would totally look totally fab with the boots! It’s an awesome mix of country and chic!

I’m heading down to Fort Collins tonight with BM Amy so she can try it on with a pair of my boots and see how it looks! Keep your fingers crossed because I think this one is a keeper…!

Am I losing my mind? Wait, don’t answer that…

I like the pink! Plus, I like the idea of the girliness of the color against the ruggedness of the boots. Pretty dress!

I actually had my BM’s try this exact same dress on. They are all different shapes and sizes and it was flattering on all of them. I think it’s an excellent choice!

I am actually in a wedding this June, and the bride picked out that same dress! It is really pretty, AND they have pockets!!! Total plus right there! I believe they will look Wonderful with cowboy boots!

I am also in a wedding this summer and the bride picked this dress for us! It is SUPER CUTE and SUPER COMFORTABLE! Great choice, Ms. Hot Dog, your BMs are going to adore this!

You know what else is sweet about that dress? POCKETS!

(I will tell you though, if you have any wide-hipped BMs, they might not like this dress. I couldn’t get anyone to buy it for my non-matching styles. They didn’t like the way it made their butts look.)

I really like this dress. All my girls almost got it, till the one decided that it made her look larger than she was. i wasn’t there, so I can’t verify if that is fact, or if she really was just dealing with body issues.

REgardless, I’m thinking about getting it in white for my “rehersal dress”. Just deciding if I want to drop 125 on a rehersal dress. I’m shopping around first

Just so you know, the candy pink doesn’t look anything like that color in person. I had fallen in love with it too, and with the same dress cut, but the color was not what I expected. The dress cut, though, is amazing! It suits all of my bridesmaids’ body types and they all look amazing!

I just wore that dress in my best friend’s wedding two weeks ago! AND I wore it with boots!!! Actually, I started with gorgeous heels, and then switched into boots once the heels started to hurt. The dress was in navy (or whatever DB calls it). I’ll see if I can round up some pics…
