Check out some of the pretty bridesmaid dress trends Mrs. Emerald and I found at the Chicago Bridal Market. Many of these trends complement the bridal gown trends. We saw a lot of the traditional styles in interesting new colors.
One shoulder dresses could be seen from almost every designer.
Pockets are still hot! Thank goodness.

omg love love love the black one with the bow one shoulder!! How come I never got such cute dresses when I was a BM?? I really love that shorter BM dresses are in style now
I love love love Liz Fields! I bought one of her BM dresses for my rehearsal dinner! 
i usually am not a fan of one shoulder dresses, but these are fabulous! My fave is that gold Watters one!
I have been trying to find BM dresses in a deep emerald green, like the ones Jenny Yoo has, but at under $200. I would love to see more deep emerald green bridesmaid dresses!

I love the Mori Lee one in purple. I too had contemplated a deep emerald green but there wasn’t much dark green out their at all last year.
So when will those dresses be available? Not until the fall? It didn’t look like the watters dresses were from their spring collection.

@edoherty24: This show was for the Fall 2010 collection mostly. Most designers said the dresses would be in stores by summer time. Hope that helps.

These are gorgeous! I love the one shoulder Allure and Liz Fields! Forget BM, I would buy those to wear to an event they are so lovely!
