When we first started registering, for me, no house/no apartment=no fun registering. We couldn’t pick out anything with colors, because we have no idea what our future home will look like.

The one thing we knew we wanted for sure was a nautical bedroom. When we first went to block hotels, I fell in love with the hotel’s bedding and room decor. I pretty much want to steal their whole design. I love the two toned navy and white walls, and I love the simple bedding.

I love that our bedroom will remind us of our wedding weekend! Cheesy, I know.

Our big souvenir from our honeymoon wasn’t an Italian glass sculpture or a painting…but rather sheets from Capri!! To this day they are the BEST souvenir I have ever brought home. Soooooooo soft and luxurious. And every time we use them I am reminded of the beautiful bed we had in our gorgeous room with a veranda overlooking the sea.

Sigh.

our down blanket reminds me of the down blankets in our hotel room in our honeymoon. I love huge plushy down blankets.

I love this bedding! It looks so clean and comfortable. I’m beginning to feel *yawn* sleepy.

Not yet, but Im sure we’ll find something to bring back from the honeymoon!

I love clean crisp lines of the Italian Percale, Marine by Hudson Park! The bed set makes me want to just jump into them and let the comforter swallow me! *comfy*

That’s the dark blue that we painted our bedroom and it is SOOOOO calming! It’s amazing how much of an effect a wall color can have on you!

Looks so relaxing! After 1.5 years of marriage, we are FINALLY getting a new bed and mattress, so it finally means new bedding! Thanks for the inspiration!

I love hotel bedding-such clean lines. We didn’t register for it b/c it looked hotel-y, but you can really make your set work in a nautical-themed room! (Check out Gloss’s nautical wedding-it was done very well.)
