On Saturday night we had my bachelorette party! It was a small group - 2 of my sisters and my good friend, Cathryn, and it was the perfect size. We started out the evening with a wonderful feast of bagel bites and buffalo chicken nuggets and threw a few cocktails into the mix. It was then time to decorate me with a light-up veil, light-up ring, Mardi Gras beads, and a sparkly ‘SEXY’ tattoo. There was also a shirt that was 10 sizes too big on me, so we decided to nix that idea.
Once I was looking like a good bachelorette should, I got to open my girly presents…
Each of them brought me silly underwear and I had to pick my favorite pair to wear that night. I chose the ruffly ones that looked like my grandma’s curtains. 
We popped on some tunes, played a few rounds of ‘I never…’, then we hit the bar. On the way there, for some reason people kept wishing me a happy birthday. Huh? Oh, and I forgot to mention I had a checklist on my back that I had to complete by the end of the night. I was up for the challenge (I don’t embarrass easily so I told them to bring it on!)…
Dance with a bald guy
Get 3 guys’ phone numbers - thanks bartender!
Get a guy’s boxers (this guy actually went to the restroom to take his off for me but the stall was occupado, so this had to do)
Take off my bra in the bar (I used the sweet trick of pulling it out of the top of my shirt. The hard part was putting it back on gracefully.)
Be serenaded - he was singing ‘Here Comes Peter Cottontail’ (although it looks like he’s trying to eat me for dinner)
Lick my lips and wink at a guy - he was the lucky victim
Dance on a table - the best I could do was the DJ platform…
…which I was quickly escorted off of.
And my list was complete!
We danced for hours and let loose…
(I have no idea who that girl is)
…and around 3 AM we decided that it was time to go home and see if the guys survived Mr. N’s bachelor party.
My sisters and I, homeward bound. It was such a fun night!
If you had a bachelorette party, what was your favorite part?
Ha looks like a great time! I embarrass way easier than you (and my b-party will be in my tiny hometown, so the “random dudes in bars” are people I went to middle school with…) so it might be a different feel. My cousin’s b-party last summer involved a veil with condoms attached to it that she had to sell to people throughout the night. I was skeptical, but she made almost $100 by the end of the night!
Well, I think I can officially say that we might be best friends. Because I also took off my bra at the bar during my bachelorette party! I think our dares may have come from the same company actually! (Although mine were in ticket form, not checklist.) And yes, putting it back on was a challenge (especially because I was wearing a dress) so I just went to the bathroom.

awww, Security Man, why did you have to be such a party pooper?! That is hilarious though, sounds like you had a lot of guys who were more than willing to help you with your checklist
Hilarious! I have no idea what’s planned for mine but I can only imagine the embarassing things my friends have planned (we have that type of relationship and I told them ANYTHING goes, haha!)
On a side note, you have the best body in the entire world. I’m jealous
sounds like a blast..I am not sure how well I would handle a dare sheet like that. I get all goofy and uncomfortable in situations like that!
