About Mrs. Dolphin

Here I present the most awkward moments from our Blue Springs photo shoot! This is proof that we aren’t as photogenic as we were made out to be. Trust me on this: I have tons of non-professional awkward photos of Mr. Dolphin and I that I’m too scared/embarrassed to post. Here are the best of the awkward faces we made that day. Enjoy!

Easily my all time favorite from the compilation above is Mr. Dolphin’s face in the bottom row, third from the left. Hilarious. {I kind of want an 8 x 10 of this face}

*The slimy squishy floor of the springs facilitated this incredibly awesome awkward face

These lovely facial expressions came from Lindsey of Pure Photography telling us to skip towards her. Mr. Dolphin actually started skipping with this incredibly crazy face, while I tried to slow jog and look in love.

Well… the recap of our Blue Springs photo shoot has come to an end. I sure have milked this photo shoot for all it’s worth. I’m currently working on getting some of the photos printed and hung around our house (in some super fancy gallery style frames from IKEA). Plus, they will be used to put together a nice little ’Thank You’ for the people in our lives who have already contributed so much to our wedding.

Do you have incredibly awkward photos from your engagement shoot? I’d love to here about them! Make a girl feel better about posting her awkwardness all over the web!

Love this post! Some of Mr. Dolphins looks in your compilation reminds me of a post from Mrs. Lovebug where she is “daintily” being lifted from a fountains to the ground.

I love how you guys weren’t too serious with it!

Ok, for the third time now, I’ve thought to myself “wow, I love her dress” ;)

Beautiful photos, even if yall are being goofy! Those are the best ones!

@jgoulart: I got the dress at the Saks Off 5th (the Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet Store) at the Outlets in Orlando last Summer. They have some super cute, great priced summer dresses there! The dress is by a brand called Payton.

Awesome post! I’m gonna post my outtakes on my blog as well. We didn’t ask for any prints from our photographers, just a CD of images. We got ALL the images… Pictures of gravel, pictures of other people, pictures of us with one-eye-open-one-eye-shut-mouths-wide-open, ones where we OBVIOUSLY don’t know we are having our picture taken, etc. Almost 400 images and honestly only about 70 were usable. It was such a headache to sort through and edit. When we got our CD we were laughing hysterically… is that a good thing to be doing over e-pics? :D

Hahahaha I love this post! I am trying my hardest not to laugh at your “in love” look while jogging, but I am failing very terribly.

My FI is a goofball in front of the camera too, so I’m sure we’ll have quite a few of these kinds of shots as well (I am guilty of doing the same…Haha)!
