Recently I updated letting you know that the girls had found their dresses. What I forgot to mention was the fact that right before we placed the order, we got a great surprise…

Sister Starfish and Bridesmaid L (in one of my favorite dresses)

Our bridesmaid consultant at Flair called to get the last bridesmaid’s measurements and surprised me by saying the fabric I chose was being discontinued. Normally this could be a bad thing, but she said we will have enough time to get the dresses ordered and they will now be at an even bigger discount!

I’m more excited that my bridesmaids are saving money than if I were getting a discount on my own dress! I feel guilty having my friends spend money on our wedidng, so it was awesome to get a surprise savings.

I wish things like this happened more often! Our reception site offered (we didn’t even ask) to reduce the food/beverage minimum by almost $2K. It is awesome- I love working with them!

That is so exciting! I would be just as excited as you if mine found some amazing savings. I offered them the option choosing different styles in hopes that they could find something on the clearance rack that fit and was the right color but a fraction of the price.

Very exciting! A similar thing happened when I was ordering my girls’ dresses, and found out that the already discounted dresses were an additional 25% off!! Always good to get an amazing deal
