My First Bridal Shower: The Most Beautiful Flowers

Last Sunday, my beautiful bridesmaids blessed me with the most adorable bridal shower!

I’ll share more details tomorrow, but I really wanted to devote a whole post to the stunning flowers that my “Bridesmaid Julz” designed for the centerpieces.

She has great taste, plus she knows my taste, so I don’t know know why I was even surprised at what an amazing job she did!

But I was just so touched when I walked in and saw that she not only used some of my milk glass vases that I’ve collected for the wedding, but she also made sure to include my favorite flower, pink peonies, which I can’t have for the wedding since they’ll be out of season.

I just love flowers, so seeing all the work she put into making these arrangements was so special to me!

Don’t Julz’s flowers look totally professional? She put them together with her mom. They got all the flowers at Trader Joe’s, and found the greenery conveniently located in Julz’s own backyard. Everyone at my shower was totally impressed. I totally think they should become wedding florists!

These gorgeous flowers are just one example of all of the special details my bridesmaids planned to make me feel special at my shower! I cannot even express what great girls my friends are. I can’t imagine having anyone else by my side on my wedding day! (Or how I can ever repay them!)

BEAUTIFUL shower! Love the thoughtful touch of the milk glasses, the stunning flowers (those are wedding worthy), the pink theme and the overall lusciousness of it all!!! You look beautiful and the shower was fitting for such a stylin’ bride-to-be!!!

So sweet! Those are gorgeous. And… pink peonies are my favorite as well! Have you found some alternatives? There are lots out there - my favorite is garden roses. They have a longer availability, are less expensive, and are just as large and lovely.

I looove the way these flowers look. I love that you have such a talented friend and I love that she cared so much to include your favorite flowers and elements from your wedding decor {pink peonies are my fav as well}
