I must have had blinders on for the last several months, or I was simply skimming the surface of stationery research, or after a while all the wonderful designers on the web and all the ads on my favorite blogs have become white noise (yes I admit this happens as I often get to the point of skimming through my daily reads on auto-pilot. A 26 month engagement will do that to a girl).
What I’m trying to say is: Did you know about Weddingchicks? Beautiful blog, yes? Now click on this one. Back? I know it’s nutty, but it’s true. Those are downloadable templates of monograms, save the dates, and invitations to use, free of charge, in your own DIY wedding projects. How cool is that??? Twitter was aflutter with a promo for them one day, so I clicked on over and my jaw nearly dropped. Looks like drink stirrers and custom coasters might be in my future after all.
