I love Dillard’s. Even though Dillard’s isn’t in my neck of the woods (the closest one is in Virginia), I love the store. They have a HUGE dress section—in the Women’s Department as well as in Junior’s. This is the spot that an entire wedding could select dresses from the kids to the moms. When I’m visiting my mom in Phoenix we always go and browse. Since wedding dresses are on the top of my to do list, I found one dress that I thought was great!
It was by Oleg Cassini-the name behind many of the top David’s Bridal dresses. The collection in Dillard’s is for the low key bride. A Bohemian wedding dress is my mind is romantic, flowing, and relaxed. Everything this dress is and the kicker is that it is a mere $180.
I envision bridesmaids wearing crinkled chiffon black strapless dresses and the groom in a gray suit with a slim black tie. Don’t you just love the rosettes around the empire waist. The draping on the bust.

LOVE that dress! I somehow got my dress for $99 and I wasn’t even trying!
Love the dress and the price. I wanted a simple dress, but I got obsessed with “Say Yes to the Dress” while on medical leave and my FI wanted me to get an awesome dress to make up for the bad things, so I went to the blowout. Granted, I spent more money on a dress than I ever thought that I would, I did get it for less than 1/3 of regular price including the tax. Kind of a bargain, but kind of not.

I found a dress at Dilliard’s that I bought when I was down in FL visiting my parents who were down there for the winter. It had more of a greacian(sp?) feel to it but it wasn’t bridal enough for me. I ended up having my mom return it before they headed back north when I found my dress at David’s bridal.
I wandered into a vintage clothing store looking for random jewelry, and walked out with my wedding dress for $68!
I was in a dressing room in a Dillard’s in Virginia about three hours before a formal ball in college, on my cell phone with my mother excitedly describing the amazing gown I was wearing. That store does indeed have a great formal dress selection, it can change your mind even at the last minute!
I got my dress, veil, headpiece, gloves, and necklace for $70. My mom’s had a friend of a friend that was closing her mother’s rental business (they used to rent wedding dresses and tuxedos to people having destination weddings in Hawaii).
