About Mrs. Cardigan

Anyone else <3 Jason Mraz as much as I do? :-)

I’ve been spending a lot of time lately thinking about what I’m going to do with my hair. I’ve done a lot of looking around at various Etsy shops for headbands, flowers, etc. I’ve been trying to find something for myself, but I can’t make up my mind about ANYTHING for myself, so that hasn’t worked out too well. I did, however, have a brilliant idea for my flower girl and junior bridesmaid (aka: my nieces). I have been seeing a ton of super cute yellow flowers, and while I love them, I really want to stick with white for myself - but why not get something for the girls to wear in their hair? It’d be totally cute, and I think they’d be excited to get it as part of their bridal party gift.

Now it’s just a matter of deciding which one to get them! I think I’ve narrowed it down to two options, but there’s a bit of a dilemma. One is a flower and one is a headband. And for some reason, when I come to this particular choice, my brain freezes up and cannot. make. an. effing. decision. I’ve been going back and forth for weeks now about which one I’ll be wearing, and now I’m facing the same dilemma in choosing one for my girls.

I mean, how can you choose between these two adorable accessories?

Sigh. I just love them both so much. As of right now, I’m leaning towards getting both and just deciding who will wear which one later. I hate making decisions!

Which one do you like better? Or, do you have any other suggestions for me?

They are both so cute! How about getting your nieces each their own unique one? Then you don’t have to pick just one :)

I think #2 is more versatile. With #1 they would have to wear their hair in a hairstyle that suits the headband, with #2 they can do anything with their hair.

I like #1 better for a younger girl and #2 better for an older girl - they are both really cute though!

I would go with #2, you can do a lot more with it for the girls’ hair then with the headband.

How big are they? That would be the deciding factor for me and how much hair they have. Sometimes huge flowers end up being as big as their little heads and look silly. How will they wear their hair that day?

Super cute! I would go headband for the younger one and flower for the older one OR let the older one pick which one she wants to wear. Thats one less decidion for you!

I would definitely go with #2. It is ADORABLE! The headband is equally adorable, but I’ve learned through personal experience that those types of headbands can be a pain to keep in your hair. Especially if you have medium to thin hair.

I think they’re both cute. I believe Mrs. Pencils used the second one for her bridesmaids.

The second one, the second one! Mrs. Pencils had those same flowers and they looked soooo good in everyone’s hair!
