I absolutely love Zappos.com! I’ve order two pairs of shoes from them and have always selected regular shipping, but they’ve always been accelerated to express overnight!! I ordered the Badgley Mischka Randee heels and they just came in!

This is how fast Zappos works.

I ordered the shoes at 11:30 p.m.

Billing information sent to Zappos at 1:30 a.m.

2:05 a.m. the order was originated

3:50 a.m. the order left Kentucky

5:34 a.m. the order arrived in New Jersey

6:45 a.m. my alarm clock went off

7:40 a.m. the shoes were on the UPS truck headed to our house for delivery!

8:00 a.m. I checked my email and found out that my order had been RUSHED and my shoes were already in my town!!

Yeah, I love Zappos!!! I was so surprised!

Once the package arrived I slipped on my new shoes. They were beautiful! But VERY high. The highest shoes that I had ever worn. I have no clue why I thought I could walk in them, really, I am totally fooling myself.

So, YES Zappos! And YES on their return policy. Even though I thought these shoes were the one my logical side has stepped in. With Zappos you can return shoes 24/7 within 365 days of your order. So I just had a quick conversation with the representative returning my beautiful Randee shoes <<sniff>> but shipping them back is free, and was totally painless.

The good news: I found similar Badgley Mischka shoes but with a lower heel. They will be exchanging my Randees for these, the Raquels!

Here, take a look at the new shoes that make my heart pitter patter. I think I will swoon for them as well as actually walk in them!!

I just ordered Badgley Mischka’s Xango! I tried to get them from Zappo’s but they were out, so Zappo’s helped me find a website that had them (how awesome is that!?!)

I love them both, and I’m sure you’ll be thankful throughout your wedding day that you switched for a lower heel.

Those are so pretty! I ordered my Badgley Mischka from Endless because Zappos didn’t have my size. My order was delivered the next morning!

Smart move! Those bad boys ARE high and you def want to have comfy feet for dancing all night. I like the new pair, too.

I bought the sky-high Nina Electras (4″!!). I normally wear Dansko clogs or flip flops so I don’t know what made me think I’d be OK with those shoes. I recently bought a much more reasonable height, comfortable heel that I hope will be much better!

My dream shoes were 4 inch high, and I would’ve tipped over the second I put them on, too. Thank goodness for Zappos and their awesome customer service and speedy shipping though!

I’m wearing some high heels, but I bought padding for them, so I’m hoping for some help there, but I’ll also get some Converse I think too since the Dads, Groom, and Groomsmen are all wearing them.

Normally I only wear flats, so any shoes are sky high for me. I am wearing about a 3 inch heel, and hope I don’t bust myself walking down the aisle. I am doing lots of practicing.

I bought the exact same pair and returned them too! I’m pretty good in heels but these were just too unstable for me with that platformy bit..I had visions of wobbling down the aisle or worse ! Sigh… I did love them though. FYI Bakers has an excellent knock off for $60..I got them just in case I change my mind.

Zappos is crazy amazing like that. Similarly, I couldn’t do the Randees due to height. I’m a hot mess in heels anyway, and those were WAY too much.

I just got my wedding shoes from Zappos today!! Married by Calvin Klein…they are perfect (and on sale!)! And super comfortable because they are almost like high-heeled flip flops.

YES, Zappos! It’s been two years since I bought a pair of shoes elsewhere. I am a firm believer that the more you order from them, the faster they work for you, too. Every time I place an order, it arrives earlier and earlier the next day.

OMG, those shoes are so beautiful! What a bummer that they won’t work, but the Raquels are amazing, too!
When I ordered my dress, they ordered it with a custom hem for free (score!), so I had to pick a heel height then and there! I went with 3″, and now that I’m shoe-shopping, I’m so bummed that I’m limited to that. All the shoes I like are 4″! But I’m sure my feet will thank me.
