Gown Hanger

Gown Hanger : wedding accessories gift ideas Img 141 IMG_141

(personal photo)

Is this hanger not the most adorable piece of wardrobe function you’ve ever seen? I stumbled upon LilaFrances’ Etsy shop and couldn’t believe my eyes.

I had to have a hanger for our wedding! I’m going to have to come up with some super-cute new purpose for it afterward, because it’s just too lovely to waste.

What should we do with this after the wedding?

You could hang it on the wall, I think it would look really cute in an entrance room or a bathroom!

Too cute! I think I would get some picture frames that hang on ribbons and hang them on the hanger.

I have one too! Right now, I use it as as a hanger for my robe so I can see it hanging on my door. After the wedding- I will probably use it for the same thing.

Other ideas- frame the actual hanger with a pic of your gown hanging from said hanger?

I totally have one in the works after I saw it on the boards. I’m thinking that if we have boys, it can become an heirloom piece to give to their brides when they get married.

I posted about the one I bought from her — it’s so adorable! I keep it hanging on the outside of my closet door now because it’s too cute to store.

I love the hangers, but don’t have time to get one. I’m going to try to make it. Just don’t tell McGroom.

Maybe you can hang some small plants/flowers from it if it’s strong enough! that’d look gorgeous.

I love these hangers! I’d frame it and hang it up in your house somewhere. :)

Ummm yes I’m obsessed with her stuff. I have one too - given to me AFTER my wedding because I love her stuff so much. I have it hanging in my office and hang papers from it with clothespins. That was the best I could come up with. :)

Plus, they’re so affordable - who would have thought? And, your photographer will love you…

I ordered one for my wedding as well! They aren’t the most sturdy hanger every (I wouldn’t leave it on my dress on it for a long time, it might bend the hanger) but they are so fun for pictures of your dress!

I just have it hanging in our bedroom at the moment… I just and an idea from swoonoverit’s thought though… wouldn’t it be cute to print out a wedding picture and use little clothes pins to hang it from the hanger?! I might do that this weekend in fact…
