Hair/Makeup: Compliments of my wonderful Aunt who is a licensed cosmetologist.

Wedding Party Gifts: $400. My husband and I gave our wedding party Toms shoes. Along with the one-for-one program they offer we were able to donate 20 pairs of shoes to children in need. Check them out at Toms.com.

So much style! I love it. The photos (or should I say, the photographers) are amazing, and the venues are gorgeous. My jaw dropped at the per-person food and drink price. Sooo lucky!

I’m impressed with both the budget and how gorgeous everything was… The photography is freaking AMAZING. And the price tag for it blows my mind. What a find!

Thank you all so much for the wonderful comments :) I am so flattered that Wedding Bee decided to use my wedding as an example. @heather25: The package included 2 photographers, all day coverage and a CD with ALL the images for our use. The day was so perfect & it felt great knowing that we didn’t need to spend an obscene amount of money to enjoy it. Thanks again!

Love this wedding! Her bouquet is the exact look I’m going for with my sunflowers—know if she made the bouquet or had it put together for her? My FI also wants the same look her husband sported—-which I love—know if she bought or rented the vests and from where?

@Curlysue: My wonderful bridesmaids put my bouquet together (we bought the flowers from growersbox.com). The vests were bought from Target of all places! I’m not sure that they are available anymore, but I stumbled upon them while searching for mens charcoal vests on Yahoo! Shopping, give it a try!

@arepatricolor: They are actually from David’s Bridal in the color Lapis. Since I bought my dress from there the girls got $20 off. The grand total for each dress was $120.

Love seeing how gorgeous real budget weddings can be, especially in the town where my fiance and I met. I love your decor and flowers–just perfect! I’m trying to pick a venue in the Columbia area right now, and you are TOTALLY making me want to consider 701 Whaley….although i’m guessing that’s a Sunday price. Would you mind sharing who did your catering?

This is my reception venue!! So lovely and I DIED when I saw it featured today on the Bee!

@Katiemae–I think that is a Sunday price and it is also for the smaller of the two event spaces. But when we compared places around town it really was the best bang for the buck! PM me if you want a Columbia wedding planning buddy…maybe we can share some tips!
