Hello, Boston hive members! I am bringing glorious news to you today!

Have you always wished that you could join Healthworks, the super-ritzy and gorgeous women’s-only gym that has five locations here, but you couldn’t, because membership is mind-bogglingly expensive? WELL, GUESS WHAT! Today is your lucky day! I got tipped off by a friend that there’s a group discount coupon available today on BuyWithMe (kinda like Groupon or LivingSocial, that kind of thing) in which you can purchase 29 visits to Healthworks for $29. That’s a dollar a visit!

Here are the catches:

• Your 29 visits must be completed by 10/2/10.
• The Cambridge location has restrictions on the hours in which you can use your voucher—basically, no usage during peak hours. So, Monday-Friday, you can’t visit from 5:30 AM-9 AM or from 4 -8 PM, and Saturday, you can’t visit from 7:30 AM-11AM. However, none of the other locations (Back Bay, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, and Salem) have that time restriction.
• You can’t use the voucher if you’re already a Healthworks member.

You DO get full access to all the fitness classes with the voucher, though, and Healthworks has lots of them: different varieties of yoga and pilates, spinning, cardio, weightlifting/muscle toning, and so on. You also get to use all the fabu spa amenities (whirlpool, steam room, sauna, and so on) and the coupon is good at any of the five locations.

Bridesmaid Katie and I jumped on this coupon like it was on fire, since 29 visits in the 54 days we have left until the wedding is the perfect amount. Also, I just want to note that I’m not mentioning this because I’m a part of the promotion—I’ve just heard women talk about Healthworks so lovingly you would think there were unicorns in the locker room, and I’ve been dying to try it. So, I’m spreading the word to you!
