The bridal party was fully united about an hour before the ceremony start time so we could take the requisite posed pictures. Bridesmaid T had made it back safely and properly coiffed from the salon, so we hustled back to Ballantine Hall. Our photographers jazzed up the session with a bike they found, which was, again, extremely cool.
I was super, super happy with the way the bridesmaid dresses turned out. The dresses were a work in progress last time I saw them, so I was totally delighted with the final looks. You might also notice that the best man isn’t very matchy — we got his tie two days before the wedding and the suit was something he already owned. The total investment for the best man in his outfit was $0 and for the bridesmaids: $40. I’m pretty darn proud of that.

Oh, Mrs. Ribbons, I agree! The dresses are gorgeous, and the best man looks coordinated without being matchy-matchy. What a tremendous feat! The fact that nobody had to break a piggy bank for your wedding is icing on the cake.
Love the bike pictures as we’re riding away on a tandem bike! And great job on saving everyone money.
