Guess what arrived today? My wedding shoes! I can stop writing obsessive posts over shoes now that they are here!
Can you guess which pair I chose?
I ended up getting the Kate Spade Lora shoes, which were one of my top two favorite pairs! I originally saw them for $285 on Zappos. I wrote a post about them, and a Guest Bee named Amy commented that they were on sale at Piperlime for $109.00. {Thanks Amy!}
I originally wanted the ivory color, but I loved the shoes so much and couldn’t pass up the price, so my wedding shoes and dress will be slightly mismatched in color.
Was your shoe search easy or did you need some help finding the right pair?
my search stinks! i normally wear 4 inch heels. however, i am restricted to something around 3 inches because i am trying to avoid adding extra length to my gown or having to get it hemmed.
Wehn i first got engaged i wanted purple shoes….but back in october of 2009 and up until now, purple wasnt really “in” so my search was frustrating. I got married July 24th and on July 1st i found THE most PERFECT PURPLE shoes!!! yeah

My FI chose my shoes. I am not gifted with fashion, but for some reason, when she spots something and says, “Gee, that would look great on you”, she’s always right. And it’s always stuff I would never have looked twice at.

Those are my shoes as well! I bought both the white and ivory, but decided the color matching was not worth the extra money. I already have plans to dye them after the wedding and wear them forever. Another benefit to white shoes!
What a steal of a deal!!! I love Kate Spade shoes. I’m wearing a violet pair to my wedding.

i bought mine from zappos (royal blue peep toes). they are on the way to me this week and i can’t wait to see how they fit!
Great shoes! I love Kate Spade! I was looking at a pair for myself, but went for a pair of Lauren Jones peep-toes instead. They are backordered until 10/9 though. Its KILLING me! I HATE waiting!

Nice choice! Those were my first shoe purchase, but in the soft pink/rose color! But, as you might have seen, I ended up going with another one in the end. They are SUPER cute though! Love.
