This past weekend we celebrated our last dating anniversary. Our six-years-of-dating bliss is coming to an end in a few months and it feels awesome.
Mr Handy surprised me with 2 days away at King of Prussia in PA. It was much needed and so relaxing. On Saturday morning we woke up, he told me to pack for 2 days and we hit the road. After about an hour-and-a-half we arrived at KOP mall. If you have never heard of it, Google it. This mall is amazing. We walked around for a few hours, grabbed some lunch and just talked…something we don’t do enough when life gets hectic. We decided to go to the hotel and take a nap so we could stay out Saturday night (what? We’re old!).
We pulled up at this beautiful hotel, Dolce.
After relaxing and napping for a bit we decided to go to a Japanese place for dinner…yummo! We went for some drinks and then just drove around and chatted. It’s so amazing to me how hectic life gets and how we forget to do things with each other. He even let me talk his ear off about the wedding. 
On Sunday morning we got up, had breakfast at the hotel, and then went back to the mall for some more walking around and shopping.
We went into New York & Company (my fav store!) and got some work clothes. Then we found this store>
We decided to check it out, considering our wedding will be in the tropics, and Mr Handy came across these beauties…
They go perfectly with my wedding dress! Mr Handy had to hide them from me so I won’t play with them. How cute are they?!
We had so much fun reconnecting over the weekend. I can honestly say that after 6 years, I am in love with him more now than ever. Marriage is the only option for us, and we can’t wait.
Next year we will have a new date to celebrate and our 8-21-04 anniversary will just be a beautiful memory of when it all started.

We got engaged on our “last” dating anniversary! I love having a shorter engagement (7 mo), but I am missing out on being engaged for Christmas and a few other holidays/occasions.

I absolutely love KOP Mall and the area. I worked in the area for 12 years and have watched it grow…what a great way to spend the weekend !!
We are getting married just shy of our next “dating” anniversary, and we really didn’t celebrate the last one because we were still LDR at that point. We did celebrate our -1 wedding anniversary though with dinner last year.
That hotel is right around the corner from my brother- and sister-in-law’s house.
Awww…that is so sweet. I love reconnecting. Marriage is the only option for me and my sweetie too. 
Well, we got engaged at 11 months of dating and were married 7 months later. So I celebrated my first, last, and only dating anniversary as an engaged woman!
we didn’t do anything too special on the actual day. we just went to our favorite casual restaurant and drank margaritas and talked about the upcoming college football season (go gators!). but, we had just spent the weekend together at the beach celebrating my 24th b’day and our 5th anniversary together, since they fall in the same week.
i’m looking forward to breaking up the anniversary/birthday week though, since we also have christmas and his birthday in the same week!

Our last “dating” anniversary is next weekend, and we haven’t talked about plans at all! Guess we better get on that - ha ha!

Our wedding was a week shy of our two year dating anniversary. So we were on our honeymoon! We wished each other both Happy one week wedding anniversary, and two year dating anniversary.
We got married on our dating anniversary! So we don’t even have to change when we celebrate. The funny thing is we didn’t even plan it that way, it just happened to work out.
We couldn’t get away for the weekend, but we did get dressed up and went out for an amazing dinner. Also, there were presents!
