The other day I received a call that I have been hoping to receive for a while now. BM Philly just got engaged!!! I am beyond excited for her and so happy that I get to be a part of her big day, just as she is going to be a part of mine!

She has been such a great sounding board during my planning so far, and I can’t wait to be the same for her. As awesome as this news is, she was not the first friend to get engaged during our engagement (which is to be expected in 25 months). MOH Navy got engaged back in February and was married in September.

Even though all of my friends are excited about the wedding, I find that having other brides-to-be (especially when they are my two best friends) to talk to about all the details is much more fun. Thankfully the boards provide that for us all.

It’s so amazing that I get to stand by both of my wonderful friends at each of their weddings! Love you girls!

The same happened with me. I got engaged while one of my good friends was planning her wedding. We are LOVING the planning together!!

I am engaged at the same time as one of my best friends, 2 great friends, 1 close friend AND just recently my cousin!!! I’m loving bouncing ideas off eachother and for the most part all of our ceremonies are going to be totally different!

i got engaged just after 3 friends got married - and just before 1 got married. so, i didn’t get to share in the planning - but they are all wonderful women who are helping me plan our big day!

they have a great perspective and it’s so much fun. i hope another one of my friends gets engaged before i get married!

How exciting! In the time we’ve been engaged, we’ve had several friends get engaged and married.

My two best friends and I are ALL getting married this year. We are spread out (one wedding in NC, one in NV, and mine in WA) but it has been so much fun planning. Plus, being the last one to get married means I get to steal all the good ideas!
