So now that all of you have had a sneak peek at the Ostrich dress, you may be wondering what Mr. Ostrich’s ensemble will be as we stand beside each other on the beach.

When we first got engaged, we knew one thing right away—no tuxes!

Mr. O and his best men would look like penguins standing in formal attire along the shore. We wanted to find an outfit for Mr. O that went along with our beach-chic vibe and one that he liked and felt comfy in. A comfy, cute groom = a happy groom!

We figured a light silver gray color would look charming on Mr. Ostrich. He has a skinny navy suit from Banana Republic’s Monogram Collection that looks smokin’ on him, so a skinny, silver gray suit was what we were on the hunt for—kind of like Ashton Kutcher’s suit in those Canon commercials:

So the search began.

And like my dress search, Mr. Ostrich lucked out and found his favorite suit within a matter of days. And like his blushing bride, he ordered it online!

Here it is, my darling bees—the Italian Cotton Ludlow Suit by—who else?—J. Crew.

And since we’re going to be on the beach, Mr. Ostrich and his best men (who are wearing the same outfit, minus the jacket!) will be rockin’ skinny navy ties, vintage brown leather plaque belts, and some cool, off white Sperry sneakers. Mr. O is all about his sneaks and thought this would be a thoughtful touch. I agree!
