Yes, it’s finally time for Part III (the final portion) of our ‘All The Pretty Details’ series. You’ve already seen (and hopefully drooled over) our handcrafted-florals and read on as I showed off my bridal attire. Now it’s time for the good stuff! You know, the stuff that truly makes a wedding memorable; the details that fill out a reception hall and encompass a theme.
Let’s start off with our amazing programs…

My dear friend Shannon helped us out big time and created these beauties all on her own (though I hear she had some last-minute help putting them together the day before the wedding).
Now, let’s move onto our reception details…

Clockwise from (top) Left to Right: A glimpse of our escort card table (cake in the background), our sand ceremony containers, table setting, heart garland, cut wine bottle centerpiece, escort card table, and head table.
I absolutely adored how the paper-heart garland added a touch of vintage-rustic love and was impressed at how something so seemingly small could make such a big difference.
I am also smitten with how well that “Just Married” sign went with the hearts and must offer my thanks to reader tealeaf22 for her generosity in donating the perfect banner (P.S. I’m passing it on and it’s up for grabs).

Our handmade escort cards were placed in front of their respective framed table numbers by our coordinator Kara. Speaking of our venue coordinator, I can’t say enough on how amazing she was! She was such a great help with everything and worked by my mom’s side to set up all the tables and I must say that she (and mom) did an excellent job!
My only let down (not their fault) was the fact that the linens were white and the napkins were purple. I was expecting purple linens with white napkins **sigh** I suppose there was a mix-up somewhere along the way and the caterer (or I) mixed them up. Fortunately, there were things that distracted your eye from the white, things like our gorgeous wedding cake.

Ahhhhh…isn’t it lovely? Despite the fact that the purple wasn’t quite the deep plum we had wanted and the lace detailing was a bit off (sorry I am wee bit critical), she was a beauty and oh so very tasty. There were also a few other yummy treats adding visual stimulation to our dessert buffet.
Mmmmm…cake-pops!

Nom…nom…nom…I’m getting hungry just looking at them!
And, because I’m a meanie, I am going to leave you here drooling over these delectable bites.
Our programs were ready to be passed, our decor was up, the tables were waiting to be sat and our cake was prepped for its debut. With all the details in place, it was time for a wedding.
Did you love all of your wedding details? Or were you let down by some of them?
