David’s Bridal Spring 2011 Line

December 26th, 2010 @ 1:00 pm by Mrs. Giraffe

I know I owe you guys photos of our finished STDs (which I can’t wait to share), but you’ll have to hold off a little bit longer…until I can find my missing camera cord. ;)

I got an email yesterday from David’s announcing that they had new styles available.  I personally had a fantastic David’s experience, but from what I gather it really depends on what store you go to. Either way, I plan on talking about it a lot more after the holidays, so let’s wait until then . :)

For now, I’d love to share some of these dresses with you guys! I was pleasantly surprised when looking over the 2011 line. There are some very fashion forward dresses and a few that I like quite a bit (but not too much—not more than my dress, of course). If you guys are in the midst of dress shopping (good luck!) and haven’t given up yet (just kidding), you might want to look over a few of these lovelies!

All photos are screen shots from the David’s Bridal website.

Here are my favorites. The entire line can be seen here.

Anybody else secretly look at dresses after they purchased theirs?

I actually visited the store and plan on purchasing the two-in-one dress that zips off inot a reception dress!!! Funny thing…I found the “inspiration” dress, which is Vera Wang, and RIDICULOUSLY out of my price range. Stores like Davids Bridal are a great place for a bride on a budget to find fashionable dresses that are up on trends and great on our pockets! Kudos for their design team…

Ohhhh I am kinda obsessed with DB since my dress is from there. I got to try on some preview 2011 ones when I was shopping back in October, that second one you posted was like a dream (and I have a picture of me in it in my dress post) but the one I ultimately bought didn’t make the 2011 line? Cuz it’s not on the website link.. Very interesting! Thanks for this post!

YES!! I’ve been looking on websites at dresses even though I ordered mine a few weeks ago. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dress. But I’m still curious to see what else is out there. Not that I would buy another one, but just to see what’s there.
My dress is a 2011 so I’m not worried something ‘better’ will come out.

These dresses are gorgeous! The first one is too cute. I was thinking it would make a cute bridesmaid dress.

I got my dress at DB, but I have been checking out the new styles, and hoping I didn’t find anything that I liked better than mine :-). They all look so gorgeous though!

Since you posted this, I’m actually now kind of obsessed with the two in one- that goes to the short bubble dress. I thought I’d decided on a dress, but now I think I need to try just this one more on to be sure.

Some of these dresses are really gorgeous. Which for me is kind of a surprise, because I hate David’s Bridal. lol

@IlsaLund: I love the whole idea of 2-in0ine dresses! Genius!
@Bran: I know! I’m worried something will one-up my dress :-D.
