Spelling Out L-O-V-E

December 27th, 2010 @ 12:31 pm by Mrs. French Toast

…through these darling Anthropologie mugs.

Look at all the pretty inspiration and different uses that these alphabet mugs can be put to at your wedding:

And for six dollars each, they will make cute bridesmaids’ gifts as well. The ideas are spinning in my head about what we can do with the mugs.

Should we purchase L-O-V-E mugs and display them at the head table with some flowers, facing the guests? That way if a guests takes a photo of us sitting at the head table, the words L-O-V-E will be accompanying us.

Or what about just buying our initials, F and T, and displaying them at the sign-in table?

Centerpieces that double as table letters? And at the end of the night the guests with the same initials can take the mugs home?

I need more reasons to justify to Mr. French Toast why we should use these mugs at the wedding. It’s your turn—feed me more ideas, please! What would you do with these mugs?

Sooo cute! I love the flower arrangments in them, and they’d definitely come in handy afterwards for decorating around the house unlike our wedding arch which is just sitting in the backyard doing nothing. Totally justifiable purchase I.M.O!

I love those! Especially because those are my and Mr. Panther’s initials in the second photo. ;-) And I agree with Glasses — it’d be so nice to use them for your morning coffee afterward and remember the wedding.

I LOVE the flower arrangements in them AND if it’s any help, we have a few C’s and T’s that we use all the time at home…. :)

I saw some similar cups at a store called UTOPIA (here in California) they were $5.00 and they had every single letter :)

Funny you should post these as I just got mine and my husband’s initial versions of these glasses. I got them to mimic one of the kitchen looks John and Sherry did on Young House Love (http://www.younghouselove.com/2010/05/ourquickie-cabinet-remix/) but I love these flower ideas so much I might have to try them the next time company comes over.

You definitely have to have those mugs! All of your ideas are wonderful, I think it would be so fun to use these as little planters throughout the year or throw some candy in them and put them on the coffee table.

I have all those pictures saved as inspiration! lol I bought the mugs with our initials and am having flowers put in them for the head table to designate our seats. So cute and we can use them after the wedding at home!
