Today’s review comes from 2dBride of her online stationer, Cards & Pockets!

We bought our pocketfolds, invitation mats, invitation cards, and enclosure cards from Cards and Pockets, and also had them do all the printing from our designs. We were very impressed with Cards and Pockets.

All of the pocketfolds and mats were delivered promptly, and were of good quality. They noticed that the tiny little wording in the upper right swirl of the invitations was not readable, and sent us free samples of our invitation printed on two different kinds of card stock, so that we could decide for ourselves if we would prefer to have a less textured one that would make that lettering more readable.

Since the wording came from the design on ketubah (Jewish wedding contract), and was not important to the invitations, we were not concerned about its readability, but we were impressed that they had taken the time to notice and offer to do something about it.

Here is the price breakdown for the invitations:

Snow White 4.5×6.5 invitation card w/ color printing and full bleed $0.43
Cream Puff 3.5×5.75 menu card w/ B&W printing and full bleed $0.28
Cream Puff 3.5×5 RSVP card w/ B&W Printing and full bleed $0.25
Cream Puff 3.5×6.5 accommodations card w/ B&W Printing $0.25
Signature PocketFold Antique Gold $1.10
Invitation mat $0.18
5.25 x 7.25 Envelope Square-Flap $0.13

Thus, the total for the invitations and enclosures was $2.62. We probably spent another dollar per invitation on ribbon, a photo of the two of us and a small mat to go behind it (to cover the magnetic closure), and a magnetic closure.

The thank you cards were $0.52 each, plus $0.12 for the envelope.
