After we wrapped up our portraits, Mr. Rainbow and I sped back to our apartment to drop off the Rainbow Pups before heading to the reception. While we were there, I changed into my reception dress…
I initially wanted something short, white, and bridal, but when I tried on this navy blue stunner, I immediately fell in love. Tradition be damned, this was my reception dress!
The fabulous Mrs. Meerkat came up with the brilliant idea to have bee charms to connect us all on our wedding day. After each bee’s wedding, they are passed down to the next bee. Love it!
I was so happy to have a little bit of Weddingbee with me in the form of these adorable bee charms. Blogging here and being a part of the hive has meant more to me than I ever thought it could.
When we arrived at the reception, Mr. Rainbow and I posed for a few sassy photos outside of the restaurant…
… and broke into an impromptu first dance.
It felt so good to have those first few private moments with my new husband (!!!)…
…but soon enough, it was time to go greet our guests at the reception!
Miss a recap? Don’t fret!
