Vera Wang is set to launch her beautiful line of affordable dresses at David’s Bridal on February 11th. If only this came out around this time last year. While it’s too late for me to don a Vera Wang, it may have come just in time for other brides-to-be!

I can’t think of a wedding dress designer I admire more. I went to a wedding two weeks before my own where the bride wore a Vera and it was soooo dreamy!

I love that she finally came out with a more affordable line. Never would I have imagined getting a Vera at this price last year. So, if you are a fan of Vera and never though you could afford her, maybe your luck has changed!

If you could have any designer come out with a more affordable line, who would you choose?

I’m excited to see a real bride in these dresses. You can never tell what a dress really looks like on the models.

I dreamed of a Vera dress since I saw Nancy Kerrigan wear her at the Olympics. Obviously, she was never in my price range, but man, I’m so jealous.

Vera is amazing, I would love to see Monique Lhuillier come out with a less expensive line as well! She is my wedding dress dream designer!

Lazaro would have been amazing if they came out with an affordable line. But I agree with @Cornhusker, Monique Lhuillier would be a dream- as I am having a romantic plantation wedding and her designs would fir my theme better.

Monique Lhuillier! OOO what I would do to have some more bankroll. Not that big of a fan of the veras for DB- too much puff and ruffle (which I guess is signature Vera Wang- not me though.)

Wow. Some of the dresses are a lot prettier than I expected. Too bad it would be weird to try them on now, right?

Someone pls tell me I’m not too crazy to have an appt at DB this friday at 7:30pm to try on the dresses and purchase it off the rack? when my wedding is 5 weeks away? and i already have a dress that i love? RIGHT?!?!?!

I can’t help but wonder if they put these dresses out without telling the public they were VERA WANG if it would even be a big deal at all…probably not. (just saying)

I’m dying to try on the Vera dresses.. the third one (one shouldered, textured skirt) is my fave. Also, I would love to see Monique or Oscar de la Renta come out with affordable lines!

i’d love a vera or even a jim hjelm or monique. if i weren’t so dead set against shopping at david’s bridal i’d definitely check this out

I’m not in love with any of the dresses, but it’s very disappointing to me that David’s Bridal didn’t require Vera Wang to produce these dresses in ALL sizes.

monique has a line at lower price called Bliss, even though it’s not as great a price as this White by Vera… I have an appointment this Saturday to try them on
