So, I had a decision to make.
The long, flowy J. Crew dress, the sassy tea-length BHLDN dress, or both?
I’ll let you in on a secret:
as soon as I tried on that BHLDN dress, I knew I would be wearing it on my wedding day. The real decision was whether or not I’d hold onto the J. Crew and wear it for the ceremony, then change into the BHLDN for the reception. And I’ve decided to return the J. Crew dress and be a one dress bride.
The decision didn’t come easily, but in the end, I realized that it would just be simpler to wear one dress. One dress means one set of alterations. One dress means that I don’t have to worry about getting enough photos of myself wearing each of two dresses. One dress means that I don’t have to spend any time away from the cocktail hour while changing. It means one less dress to worry about. So, one dress it is!

Did you have a tough decision between two dresses? What was the deciding factor?
