After waiting (and waiting!) to get engaged, I am finally planning the colorful, fun, fabulously awesome Fall wedding of our dreams. In an effort to share the fun and craziness that is wedding planning, I’m gonna blog about it for y’all---the good, the bad, and the pretty!

An Invitation Just for ME!

WOOHOO! Crazy things happen when you start planning a wedding…some are good, and some are bad. But today, a great thing happened!

The ladies over at Download & Print designed an invitation just for ME! I sent them an email and told them my colors (aubergine and burnt orange) and requested branches and floofy flowers, please. I know floofy flowers (think peonies) are not exactly fall, but I love them sooooooo much.

And then they made this just for me.

Miss Magic, I think we are soulmates! Our weddings are ridiculously similar (same month, colors, theme, etc), and so is our sense of humor. I’m so excited to keep hearing all your ideas! Maybe we will be able to share some

@Alona: I think maybe this is a sample? According to her bio, her wedding is in October not August, as well.

“ideas!”@dixie-bo: Yay! My inspiration has changed a bit overtime, as you will see, but I love the fall colors. Maybe we can share! When is your wedding?

@Alona: This was just a sample! Anyone can submit an “idea” for an invite. When I submitted this last year, the site was pretty new, but I am pretty sure they still take ideas!

I’m not for sure we are going to use this as our invites, but I think it is a great option!
