For over 10 years I’ve been going to Sandune at Allure Salon for my hair. She’s never done me wrong. She’s like my second mother. Oh wait, she is my second mother. My hairstylist is my MOH, Britt’s, mother—and she knows me pretty well. She never does me wrong. As you are about to see…

Bleck! I’m not one of those women who can gracefully post a picture of herself without makeup. I’m going to turn my head and never think about this again. You should too.

One of the stylists, Lauren, did my makeup using the inspiration I showed you a while back. I wasn’t crazy about the pink eye shadow when I got home but looking at this picture now, I rather enjoy it. I might still change it to purple. I guess I’ll see how sassy I’m feeling that day.

Here’s a secret… that’s not entirely all my own hair. I borrowed it from Ken Paves and… umm…er COUGHjessicasimpsonCOUGH. I’ve definitely got a post coming up on hair extensions. I’ve got enough to choke a dang horse. I highly recommend the J.Simps realies but they are a wee bit expensive. You’re a savvy bunch though, so I’m sure you can find a few bargains with your Internet prowess.

I’m going to be a two hairstyle bride. The curls looked so beautiful down that we decided to leave it as is for the ceremony. After the I dos Sandune will throw my hair into a side pony for the dancing.
